1.2 About CmdRunner
CmdRunner is an AI-native automation platform that enables users to:

- Execute workflows directly from uploaded documents
- Perform AI-assisted automation tasks
- Generate reports and execution analytics
- Operate intelligent automation agents
CmdRunner uses adaptive AI execution systems that may dynamically retry, optimize, or modify execution strategies to improve automation reliability.
CmdRunner is designed to assist users with workflow automation but does not replace human oversight.
1.3 Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have authority to enter into legally binding agreements
- Use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws
If using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
1.4 Accounts
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining account confidentiality
- Securing credentials
- Monitoring account activity
- Ensuring authorized access only
Users may not:
- Share accounts improperly
- Sell or transfer accounts
- Use false identities
- Circumvent authentication systems
CmdRunner may suspend accounts suspected of unauthorized or abusive activity.

CmdRunner operates using subscription and usage-based pricing.
Usage may be measured based on:

- API usage
- Resource consumption
Plans may include:
- Free Trial (up to 50 test steps)
- Startup Plans
- Beta Access Programs
- Enterprise Plans
Unless otherwise stated:
- Fees are non-refundable after the free trial period
- Unused credits or steps do not roll over
- Failure to pay may result in suspension
CmdRunner reserves the right to:
- Modify pricing
- Adjust quotas
- Introduce new billing models
- Modify plan features
Reasonable notice will be provided for material changes.
1.6 Customer Responsibilities
Customers are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing automation outputs
- Validating AI-generated actions
- Ensuring authorization for tested systems
- Monitoring automation behavior
- Maintaining backups
- Securing credentials and secrets
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws
Users must maintain human oversight over all automation activities.
1.7 AI and Automation Disclaimer
CmdRunner uses AI systems and autonomous execution technologies.
Users acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies
- Automation behavior may vary
- AI agents may misinterpret instructions
- Browser and application changes may affect reliability
- Execution results are not guaranteed
CmdRunner does not guarantee:
- Perfect execution accuracy
- Successful completion of every workflow
- Continuous availability
- Error-free outputs
- Compatibility with all applications
All outputs and automation actions must be independently reviewed by users.
1.8 Adaptive AI Execution
CmdRunner may utilize adaptive execution systems that improve workflow reliability through:

- Retry-based learning behavior
CmdRunner does not use customer content to train general-purpose foundation AI models unless explicitly disclosed and authorized.
Customers retain responsibility for reviewing all automation behavior and outputs.
1.9 Permitted Usage
Users may use CmdRunner only for:
- Authorized software testing
- Internal workflow automation
- Approved browser automation
- Systems they own or are authorized to test
Users are responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary rights and permissions.
1.10 Prohibited Activities
Users may not use CmdRunner to:
- Access systems without authorization
- Conduct malicious attacks
- Deploy malware
- Perform illegal scraping
- Abuse infrastructure
- Reverse engineer CmdRunner
- Build competing products using the platform
- Benchmark the platform for competitive purposes without written consent
- Extract proprietary workflows or AI behaviors
- Circumvent security protections
- Interfere with service availability
CmdRunner may suspend accounts involved in prohibited activities.
1.11 Intellectual Property
CmdRunner and all associated technology, infrastructure, AI systems, designs, workflows, interfaces, and documentation are owned by BotifyQA Solutions Private Limited or its licensors.
Users retain ownership of uploaded documents, workflows, prompts, and customer content.
Users grant CmdRunner a limited license to process customer content solely for:
- Service delivery
- Workflow execution
- Performance optimization
- Security monitoring
- Product functionality
1.12 Data Retention
CmdRunner may store:
- Screenshots
- Execution logs
- Session recordings
- Uploaded test cases
- Workflow metadata
Retention settings may be controlled by customers.
Enterprise customers may request customized retention periods.
1.13 Third-Party Providers
CmdRunner may rely on third-party providers including:

- Cloud infrastructure providers
- Authentication systems
- Browser automation infrastructure
- Payment providers
Service availability may depend on these providers. CmdRunner is not responsible for failures caused by third-party services.
1.14 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CMDRUNNER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:

- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- RELIABILITY
- ACCURACY
- AVAILABILITY
- SECURITY
CmdRunner makes no warranty regarding:
- Accuracy of AI outputs
- Reliability of automation results
- Continuous uptime
- Successful workflow completion
1.15 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
CmdRunner shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Lost profits
- Lost business opportunities
- Automation failures
- AI-generated errors
- Security incidents caused by third parties
- Browser incompatibilities
- Business interruption
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the previous twelve (12) months.
1.16 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

AI Terms
2.1 AI System Usage
CmdRunner uses AI systems, automation agents, and adaptive execution technologies to assist with workflow automation and software testing.

2.2 AI Output Disclaimer

This behavior is limited to improving operational performance within the Services.

- Availability may depend on third-party providers
- External providers may process prompts temporarily
CmdRunner requires third-party providers to maintain commercially reasonable security protections.
2.6 AI Availability
AI features may:

- Experience interruptions
- Depend on external providers
CmdRunner does not guarantee uninterrupted AI functionality.
2.7 Prohibited AI Usage
Users may not use CmdRunner AI systems for:
- Malicious automation
- Unauthorized access

- Harmful code deployment
- Illegal surveillance
- Violations of applicable laws

Users may not:

- Deploy malware

- Circumvent security protections
- Interfere with platform stability
- Abuse infrastructure resources

CmdRunner may suspend accounts involved in:

6.4 High-Risk Usage Restrictions

Enterprise Service Level Agreement (SLA)

This SLA applies to enterprise customers with active enterprise subscriptions.

CmdRunner targets 99% monthly uptime availability excluding:

- Third-party provider outages
- Customer-caused issues
7.3 Support Channels
Enterprise support may include:
- Priority email support
- Dedicated enterprise assistance

7.4 Incident Severity Levels
Critical Severity
Examples: Major platform outage, Widespread workflow failure
Target Response Time: 1 business hour
High Severity
Examples: Significant feature degradation
Target Response Time: 4 business hours
Medium Severity
Examples: Partial functionality issues
Target Response Time: 1 business day
Low Severity
Examples: General inquiries, Minor UI issues
Target Response Time: 2 business days
7.5 Maintenance
CmdRunner may perform scheduled maintenance. Reasonable notice will be provided where practical.
7.6 SLA Limitations
The SLA does not apply to:
- Beta features
- Free trial users
- Experimental functionality
- Third-party service failures
- Customer misconfigurations
7.7 Service Credits
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, SLA violations do not automatically entitle customers to refunds or credits.
Section 8
Refund Policy
8.1 Free Trial
CmdRunner provides a free trial that includes up to fifty (50) test steps so users can evaluate the Services before purchasing a subscription.
By purchasing a subscription after the free trial period, users acknowledge that they have evaluated the platform and understand the nature of the Services.
8.2 No Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law, all payments made to CmdRunner are non-refundable. This includes:
- Subscription fees
- Usage-based charges
- Test step consumption charges
- Overage charges
- Enterprise plan fees
- Add-on purchases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Unused test steps
- Partial billing periods
- Customer inactivity
- Failed executions caused by third-party websites or applications
- Browser compatibility issues
- Internet or infrastructure interruptions outside CmdRunner's control
- AI-generated execution inconsistencies
- Customer configuration errors
8.3 Cancellation
Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not entitle customers to refunds for:
- Previously paid subscription periods
- Consumed usage credits
- Existing billing cycles
Access to paid features may continue until the end of the active billing period.
8.4 Enterprise Agreements
Enterprise customers operating under separately negotiated agreements may be subject to custom commercial terms. In the event of a conflict between this Refund Policy and a signed enterprise agreement, the enterprise agreement shall prevail.
8.5 Billing Disputes
Customers must report billing disputes within seven (7) days of the applicable invoice date. CmdRunner reserves the right to deny disputes submitted after this period.
8.6 Discretionary Refunds
CmdRunner may, at its sole discretion, provide goodwill refunds, credits, or adjustments in exceptional circumstances. Providing a discretionary refund in one case does not create an obligation to provide refunds in future cases.
